The project seeks to achieve the “LEED for core & Shell‐2009” certification
Therefore, the project aims to:
I. Implement Construction Indoor Air Quality Management Plan during construction by using low‐Emitting construction materials.
II. Reduce pollution from construction activities by controlling soil erosion, waterway sedimentation, and airbone dust generation.
The project consists of two Business buildings /blocks, 11 upper floors each along with common six basements underneath.
This spectacular project has in total fair‐faced concrete remarkable quantity about 21000 cubic meters.
